Open – A coach must be willing to tell you the truth even when the truth hurts.  Sometimes it’s very difficult to see that you are standing in your own way of success.  A true coach will bring this to your attention.

Admirable – If you don’t respect the coach for what he has done in his career or personal life, then you most likely don’t want to hire him.  A coach should be full of integrity and well respected among his peers.  It’s hard to be coached by someone that you don’t look up to or even consider to be a professional in the field.

Consistent – A coach must be consistent with the strategies that he is teaching.  You will see many coaches that jump from idea to idea because what they are doing hasn’t worked for their clients.  Ask your coach for references so that you can see if he has helped others implement strategies that have led to success.

Healthy – Yes, that’s right.  A coach should lead a healthy, happy life.  You shouldn’t have to hear about how bad his day was or how much he doesn’t get along with his wife.  You want a coach that has a balanced lifestyle that enables him to help you with your obstacles and not concentrate on his own issues.

These are just a few things to consider when looking for that right coach that will assist you in achieving your “Why” in life.  I challenge you to set a goal of hiring a personal coach, but be sure to find the right one for you!

Return Policy
Any Product that is returned for a cash refund must be in the original packaging, undamaged and resalable.  A restocking fee will also apply for all returned Products.  You are responsible for risk of loss, shipping and handling fees for returning Product. Some products marketed and sold by DDG are nonrefundable.  If the Product return is subject to a money back guarantee, then a full refund will be issued as long as the product is in the original condition without wear and tear or any other damage. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded on any Product returns including those subject to money back guarantees.

Event Refunds
Level I and Level II Boot Camp tickets are valid for three (3) years after the original date of purchase. You are solely responsible for contacting DDG to register for a boot camp.  If a Level I or Level II Boot Camp ticket is included in a separate membership package, other time restrictions may apply, in which case the terms and conditions of the separate membership package agreement shall govern.   Levels I and II Boot Camp tickets are nonrefundable.  If you receive a Team Pass as an incentive for investing in any Boot Camp ticket, then the Team Pass must be used in conjunction with that specific Boot Camp ticket.  A Team Pass has no monetary value and is only valid at the same Boot Camp that the ticket holder attends. If you confirm your attendance at any Boot Camp, then DDG will expect you to attend.  If you or your team member cannot attend a Boot Camp, then your or your team member must send a written cancellation to Team@ChampionsLiveFree.com at least fourteen (14) days in advance of the date of the Boot Camp (“Cancellation Period”).  There will be no refund or credit for cancellations made outside of the Cancellation Period.  Additionally, if you or your team member fails to cancel within the Cancellation Period, then you will be responsible for any fees incurred by failure to attend Boot Camp and/or the ticket(s) will be considered redeemed.  This policy also applies to Internet Marketing Workshops and Lifestyle Freedom Club Events.

Dates and locations of all Boot Camps, Lifestyle Freedom Club Events and Internet Marketing Workshops are subject to change at any time without notice from DDG. Such notices will be posted on the DDG website and/or will be e-mailed to you.  Boot Camp tickets and/or other event tickets may not be exchanged or transferred unless otherwise specified by DDG.

Cancellations
Requests for cancellation of any monthly billing must be in writing and mailed to Di Lemme Development Group, Inc. at 931 Village Boulevard, Suite 905-366, West Palm Beach, Florida 33409-1939.  You may decide to cancel at any time, but charges will not be prorated.  You must cancel before your billing date in order to avoid a charge for the following month.

Lifestyle Freedom Club Memberships must be cancelled either by mail to the address listed above or on-line.  To cancel your Club membership on-line, you must log into the member area at www.LifestyleFreedomClub.net.  It is the member’s responsibility to cancelling the billing for the membership.  Your Membership fees for the Lifestyle Freedom Club are nonrefundable.

All other Coaching Programs must be cancelled by mail to the address listed above or by e-mail to Team@ChampionsLiveFree.com.  Coaching Programs may be cancelled at any time; however, the coaching fees are nonrefundable.  If you are not actively participating in your Coaching Program, including but not limited to coaching sessions, then DDG will offer you a thirty (30) day courtesy period to fully engage in your coaching. If you fail to reengage within this thirty (30) day period, then your Coaching Program will be deemed cancelled.

Bank Check Policy
A twenty-five dollar ($25) fee will be charged if your check payment is returned to DDG for any reason (i.e., insufficient funds, account closing, etc.).  DDG assumes no responsibility for fees, charges or any other penalty that may be imposed by your bank as a result of an unpaid check.

No Unlawful Use
By using the Information and Products, you agree that you will not use the Information or Products for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these TOU.  You agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations from the United States or the country in which you reside.

PRIVACY STATEMENT

For each visit to its website, DDG only collects your IP address in order to monitor website traffic.  DDG does not collect personal information from you unless you voluntarily provide it to DDG.  You voluntarily provide your e-mail address when you submit information through the web-site.  For example, DDG collects your e-mail address when you post messages to our discussion forums, complete online web forms, communicate with DDG by e-mail, or when you make postings to our chat areas.  It is completely optional for you to participate in the foregoing.

The information DDG collects is used to improve the content of its website, to notify you about updates to its website and for marketing purposes that target your specific needs.  DDG does not use cookies to retrieve information from your computer.

DDG does not claim ownership of materials you provide to DDG, including testimonials regarding any product or service for review by visitors of the web-site (“Testimonial”).  However, by posting a Testimonial you are granting DDG permission to use your Testimonial in connection with promoting its products and services on the web-site.  You will not be compensated for your Testimonial and DDG is not required to use your Testimonial.
